Paper straw production lines
Our paper straw production line is based on the spiral winding technology.
A complete line is working with 3 or 4 paper plies and can reach a production speed of 140 meters of tubes / min (i.e. 700 pieces 200 mm length per minute)

For 3 or 4 plies and equiped with auto-splicing unit for a better efficiency
Gluing system
Applying of glue by mechanical system with rollers drived by servo motors fora better precision
Spiral winding unit
4 puleys for a better stability during the production and a better efficiency

Carriage managed by servo drive motors and equiped with motorized knives (up to 24)
